Stated off like a good decision, but I quickly learned that I was wrong. Poor customer service. Little to no response to policy questions. At the end of my term I learned that my property was very under insured. Thankful I didnt have a loss. Weeks after I my policy started with new carrier, I continued to received billing statements and cancellation notices. Agent didnt bother to officially cancel, instead let cancellation happen by non-payment. I Do not recommend.
