I got a transmission rebuilt. Got a nice explanation of what was going on. My problem was not completely solved, so they stood by their work and found the problem. Very nice people to work with. Thank you for being thorough.
I trusted them to get my truck fixed while I was out of country, and they did so, keeping me informed appropriately. In the past I've experienced them as faithfully standing behind their work. Yet, $120 / hour to replace radiator clamps seems too much. Another shop nearby with a good reputation gets $99 / hr . I will be using them next time.
