I trusted them to get my truck fixed while I was out of country, and they did so, keeping me informed appropriately. In the past I've experienced them as faithfully standing behind their work. Yet, $120 / hour to replace radiator clamps seems too much. Another shop nearby with a good reputation gets $99 / hr . I will be using them next time.

Many years ago,O'Neills Transmission did a needed complete transmission rebuild for me. Eight years later, there was another transmission issue. I had a different transmission shop do the work. One thing they discovered was that a part was not properly installed during the O'Neill rebuild. I contacted Pat O'Neill. After he discussed the issue with he owner of the other shop, Mr. O'Neill agreed to pay for nearly 50% of the cost for the work. This is what integrity looks looks: A business owner admitting to their mistake and m... read more

This is the second time this year that I have had quite major repairs done on my two Honda Odyssey mini-vans. One van needed a tranny replacement and the other van needed a lot of front end work. Both times I have found all of the guys - front office and techs - to be very considerate and honest. Especially this last time when they could have easily recommended a couple thousand more in repairs but explained that the fears i had were not warranted. The struts were fine for quite a few more miles and it was not time to work o... read more

After being told by a Chevy dealer on 28th Street that my transmission was on its way out, my uncle recommended I get a second opinion. O'Neills dropped my pan and said only my fluid needed to be replaced! 20,000 miles later my car is still running great. This is a stellar business - my uncle worked at one of the Chevy dealerships that was closed and they'd sent customers with transmission issues to O'Neills for 20+ years and no one had ever complained of bad or unfair service. A+ guys!!

O'neills transmission just wants your money – They are typical in your pocket digging for money mechanics. They gave a price and when I compared a lower price they offered to go lower. When I compared their low guarantee they offered to go higher. How about all of this when you first give a price and guarantee, it's called honesty and keeping customers. Don't sit on my vehicle for 5 days before giving a price. When I took my vehicle back they threw all the parts and fluid in the back of the truck with no care at all. They pl... read more

The mechanics at O'Neill's are top notch. They know what needs to be done and do fine work! They didn't suggest repairs that weren't necessary. I would highly recommend them to someone who is looking for quality auto repair!
