We really like working with Oniell's and we recommend them to people all of the time.
Called O'Neils out to work on leaking roof of my Motorhome. Crew showed up without an extension cord long enough to reach the roof. They also had only one small roll of roof repair tape. (When questioned by owner Jesse O'Neil about this later they denied both issues. I do have a neighbor who was a witness that I had to borrow his extension cord for them) Additionally I had to drive to get the correct RV repair tape.
