Update just because they commented on my review. They promised new carpet when I signed the lease. Nope. Day of the move in I find out carpet is not changed and wet because they cleaned the carpet last minute. Month into my tenancy I get slapped with this notice stating the home is listed for sale and I need to cooperate with showing. If I knew the house was gonna be listed, I would’ve moved some place else. But as someone at Ryconn said, it’s just a business for them.
Lily was very professional and nice. I have no complaints and would welcome her back anytime.
Rycoon has made my living experience in Orange County so much pleasant since the last 4 years. Me and my family feel like in our own home, with the difference that if anything has to be done, fix or repair. we just have to reach to them and there is always someone that can help! Thank you to the Rycoon family from maintenance to front desk.
