Excellent service, Scott came out quickly for an emergency and replaced our leaking pressure tank. I can’t thank them enough.
We contacted Patrick O'Neill for a water leak at our outside service connection. He came out, gave us a verbal estimate and a date for repair. We heard from him one more time and then he ghosted us not returning calls. Totally unprofessional. Ended up calling Saffer Plumbing who diagnosed, gave us a written estimate (half of what O'Neill quoted), and had it fixed in one week. Contact O'Neill at your own risk.
The O'Neill plumbing team offered the best, old-fashioned customer service that is so hard to find. They are trustworthy, prompt, and take the time to help you understand the scope of the work involved. It's clear that they take great pride in their work. A real gem!!! Highly recommend that you call them for your plumbing needs.
