O'neil plumbing is one of the most honest and professional companies I've dealt with in years. Their quality of service and cost to supply them are outstanding. I have used their services 3 times now and all times I was highly pleased. I highly recommend this Father and Son operated company in Hampden. This post was on 7.11.2024
Prompt service but shoddy work. Supposedly fixed leaky toilet and clogged bathtub drain. Here for about a half hour, charged $250. We were toilet leak was mostly fixed but that the amount leaking would be negligible. Next month's water bill was $300 over our usual because of the leak. Bathtub drain flowed for about a day and then was clogged again.
Gas hot water heater replacement. Prompt service, great work and fair price.
I highly recommend this family-owned business. They were responsive, arrived on time, identified the problem, and completed the job quickly. When they left, you would never know that they had been there. The price was very reasonable and customer service was spot on. What a pleasure!
