Initially we loved O'Neil Excavating. However, we have had multiple issues over the last two years with our septic tank. He agreed to make it right, then kept procrastinating and put the ownership on us to order all the dirt to fix it. We've had multiple professionals inspect his work and say that corners were cut and things were not installed correctly. The follow-up is just not there. Please go somewhere else. Like another recent reviewer said, he will ghost you.

What a terrible business man. We had Mr. Neil come out and give us an estimate and agreed to that estimate the next day. He told us it would be 3 to 3 1/2 weeks until he could get to us and we were fine with that. At week three we started calling and texting to see when he might come out, at 3 1/2 weeks he still hadn’t come out hadn’t heard from him. O’Neill Excavating helped solve the drainage issue in my back yard. After a heavy Kansas rain, my yard would be flooded and mushy for days. O’Neill Excavating fixed the problem and now the water drains away from the house. No more flooded garden shed for me! And while they were at it, they helped make my dream patio. And all in one Saturday! Super service with friendly, helpful staff. Love this small local business!
