Owner Kevin O'Neill explained options of new system in an easy to understand way and guided us to the proper unit for our needs without being pushy. Mario installed new heat pump system in our home. He was very professional, neat and nice. When not done with installation first day, provided window units for bedrooms overnight (needed them). Job was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased with service provided by O'Neill Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Would not even talk to me about starting up a unit that I had just installed by certified installers. Was rude and I would not recommend this person to anyone. I was nice on the phone and he was a total ASS. Thanks a lot for not a DAMN thing Mr O'Neill.
If you want it done right... go to these guys! After checking a couple other local installers for estimates on replacing an old and failing HVAC system in our home, we called O'Neil and Bagwell. Out of the people to come out, they were the only ones to actually take measurements of the home space, and do a proper load calculation.
