SIMPLY, JUST STAY AWAY! AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Stay away from this property management. They simply do whatever they can do to charge over $500 deposit with lame excuses. For example, I have never smoked in MY ENTIRE LIFE (my husband is also a non-smoker). And one of the things they charged money from us when we were moving out is, guess what: MANY CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE WALL. SERIOUSLY? Among other things they overcharged, they took $100 for cigarette burns that we haven't smoked! On the other hand, the houses really don't worth... read more
