O’Neil Construction was hired to remove and reconstruct the 26 Lanais on our Associations 8 buildings. The project stayed on budget and was completed In the specified time allotted for the project. Quality workmanship was excellent.and the staff was very professional and easy to work with. I was provided daily with an update on the job project and photos. We are very pleased in our experience with O'Neil Builders. Rob was willing to take on our smaller project of rebuilding our 1 bedroom condo after the previous contractor abandoned the project. O'Neil wasn't the cheapest option, but I'm glad we chose to go with them as the process and outcome was very good. Rob has restored out faith in contractors. We hired O’Neil Builders to do a full renovation of our two bedroom Gulf front condominium on Sanibel Island. Throughout the process, Rob and his crew were on top of everything, accessible, and flexible every step of the way.
