We are very pleased in our experience with O'Neil Builders. Rob was willing to take on our smaller project of rebuilding our 1 bedroom condo after the previous contractor abandoned the project. O'Neil wasn't the cheapest option, but I'm glad we chose to go with them as the process and outcome was very good. Rob has restored out faith in contractors. We hired O’Neil Builders to do a full renovation of our two bedroom Gulf front condominium on Sanibel Island. Throughout the process, Rob and his crew were on top of everything, accessible, and flexible every step of the way. The finished product was top-notch and we were extremely pleased with our redesigned contemporary condominium. I would highly recommend O’Neil Builders for any remodeling project however big or small.

My experience with O'Neal Industries and Rob specifically dates back through two complete renovations of my condo at Ocean's Reach on Sanibel Island. The unit was originally completely remodeled by O'Neil in 2020 and then again in 2024 after Hurricane Ian. I was most impressed by Rob's thoroughness and and attention to detail. The O'Neil Industries team did an amazing job with our renovation. From the outset they were proactive, knowing that we had a firm deadline in order to have the house ready for our daughter's wedding. We had a 6-month window to relocate a kitchen, gut the master bath install new floors throughout the house and rebuild our fireplace and millwork surrounds.
