In March I have attended Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga plus am taking Tai Chi Class. Love the stretching, working on the balancing and again enjoying the people and the new machines since I was there last. Yes its been a while. Feeling the burn! lol Glad I'm back. . .
If it wouldn't be for the onsite daycare included in the membership, I wouldn't be able to have some "me-time". And baby loves his time with Jenny and other kids. 💋
