rude, misleading, uncommunicative, unhelpful
Triage nurse was extremely rude, called for the paragaurd iud placement referral, as I went to prevea before and the lady responds with “so are you saying we don’t do iud insertions here”. I don’t know you tell me….. if you had looked at my chart you’d see when my last iud was placed and can see that was before Oneida switched ob providers. Obviously I had no clue Oneida now does them in their clinic. She answered the phone rude as hell too, clearly hates her job. Teach your nurses how to talk to people.
