Worst service out there cancels flights within hours of departures. Late by hours to pick you up. Member prices are more than you can get from a broker. Do not do business with this company. I bought a 100 hour card and they have been a total disaster to work with. I have been requesting a refund of my trust held dollars for months with no response or progress. I had them quote a flight last week November 2022. They quoted me over 30 thousand dollars for a flight I was able to book with Verijet as a non member for 15 Thousand dollars. They wont even offer a turbo prop at this point. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I actually got to speak with the CEO of the company, I think his name was Ferrin who was exceptionally rude. He was very condescending and did not speak to me as one should speak with a consumer. I have never been spoken to like that by a CEO or anyone of intelligence to be honest. He was not tactful, aggressive, and very condescending. I was asked by them to send over other quotes I had received. Which the price was never an issue.
