Sure the location, amenities, and floor plans are top tier but what makes OneEleven truly stand out are the people who work here. From the front desk, to the leasing office, management, and maintenance, everyone who works here is so kind and passionate about their job. I have yet to meet a single Bozzuto employee who did not leave me with a smile. Shoutout to Michael Miracle!
I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews here. Been here for a couple of years and the apt has gone down hill since the new management took over. The front desk and maintenance crew are the only positives for this apt. Also, you pay extra for parking and never guaranteed a spot half the time. Your car is also guaranteed to get scratched while it's parked here as well.
I’ve had a positive experience living at One Eleven so far. The community is generally quiet, and the shared spaces are kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been professional and helpful when I’ve had questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to daily necessities and public transportation. The building amenities are also a nice bonus and have added to my overall comfort.
