I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews here. Been here for a couple of years and the apt has gone down hill since the new management took over. The front desk and maintenance crew are the only positives for this apt. Also, you pay extra for parking and never guaranteed a spot half the time. Your car is also guaranteed to get scratched while it's parked here as well.
111 Wacker is an architectural masterpiece and one of the most elegant towers in Chicago. The building is exceptionally well-preserved, with timeless design and prime location right in the heart of the city. It stands as a landmark of sophistication and continues to define the skyline with its presence. A true centerpiece of Chicago — five stars well deserved.

I deeply appreciate the support I get from Keeta & Toyia. They are resourceful and friendly to everyone in the building.
Apart from being an amazing location and great amenities and services what really a truly stands out is the people that work here, from the security guards and cleaners to management truly makes you feel part of a community and privileged to be part of a little building family.
