I decided last minute to go and donate and they were friendly and accommodating. Donation was quick and calm setting. I hate needles so the calm my surroundings are the relax I am.

Been a long time donor since early 2000s and had my first horrible experience at this location. Made my appt at the time when the clinic opens. Waited 20 min after my appt then eventually complained. I eventually was taken in. The intake employee asked me questions. I answered no more, no less.
