I was a little frustrated cause after donating. I couldn't upload the e gift cards after 2 months. Trying to contact # given and no call back. I posted my frustration on a post. And immediately a lady name Laura contacted me on messenger. And took her time helping me. Not that many places or people go out their way like she helped me. Thank you Laura
Discriminated on OneBlood Bus This happened on OneBlood bus in Wellington, FL on August 19, 2026. I donate blood 36 times in Thailand. This is my 2nd time with OneBlood. I speak little English. I cannot read hard medical words on the form. I want to answer correct for safety. I ask to use my phone translate. Staff say no. She very rude. She say "If you can't do it, don't donate."
