Dee & all the staff were so kind and skilled! They made this a great experience.
Deidre was wonderful. She made me feel welcome right away when I walked in, told me to sign in there, she was very friendly and calm and professional. Made the whole donation process feel much more comfortable. I really appreciated her care and the way she handled everything so smoothly.
So disappointing. The opening staff that made it a great place is no longer there. Now it’s just another center that acts as if they are doing you a favor allowing a blood donation. The area supervisor is no better. Ignore my earlier, glowing recommendation. What a welcome addition to the Winter Garden area! This blood donation center is brand new with state-of-the-art equipment. More importantly, the staff is EXTREMELY friendly, deeply appreciative, and make you feel like you are a close friend.
