Very Professional. Very Comfortable.
Unfortunately, after three years of donating blood every eight weeks, this time they forgot to take the tourniquet off from my arm. After about 20 minutes—during which my blood was barely flowing—I was told I should leave and come back in two months; the technician admitted she had forgotten to take off the tourniquet after inserting the needle. I hope this doesn't happen again; everyone loses out.
Dee & all the staff were so kind and skilled! They made this a great experience.
Deidre was wonderful. She made me feel welcome right away when I walked in, told me to sign in there, she was very friendly and calm and professional. Made the whole donation process feel much more comfortable. I really appreciated her care and the way she handled everything so smoothly.
