Wonderful place. Great staff. We got here soon before closing and the staff was still welcoming. Very clean. Highly recommend.

I did everything in my power to become a blood donor for this department, however I am beyond disappointed in one staff member. First and foremost, it's hard to get call backs from them, so l decided to travel from Navarre to Fort Walton to meet them in person and to schedule an appointment as a first time donor. In my understanding, you are required to provide the necessary information and documentations on hand before you can forward yourself as a donor. I have been influenced to donate blood as it can help others and yourself! So i went in a couple days ago and found out my veins were small and couldn’t donate. 3 days later (today) I went in to try one more time and again was told my veins were to small. Britney came in and she said she could poke me and get my blood. She had so much confidence while being real with me the whole time.
