Worst experience today. Have donated before and it was simple and painless. Today she couldn’t put the needle in correctly. Asked coworker to do an “adjustment”. Very painful and unsuccessful. I used to have blood work done monthly for a medication. Never had this happen. It still feels like it’s burning and she tore my skin. I’ll donate but not there. I have AB positive which is needed.
Kris is the best. Took charge of my script and followed up for me. One and a million employee.

I have been donating regularly since 2016 at this particular location or the local blood mobiles drives when eligible. The phlebotomists are friendly, kind and caring. Drawing site is always very clean. Walk-ins are okay — although I usually I schedule my appointment online.
The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. I never felt rushed at all. The facility is very clean as well and all safety protocols were followed. This location is definitely a great place to give blood.
