I've never donated blood as a walk in. The woman at the front mumbled something when I walked in. I stood in front of her patiently waiting to be acknowledged. She looked up in frustration like 'go ahead' pointing at sign in. As I looked at a sign in and other clipboard I simply didn't know procedure. I’m an unusually hard stick. Even at hospitals they have to poke me 4-5 times to hit a vein. Anderson got me on the first try. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a Gatorade, a cookie, a tshirt, and a gift card.
Marta is a delicate Angel. This place is comfortable, professional, fun, and overall an amazing experience.
I had a great experience today donating blood. Anderson was super. I arrived early. Anderson greeted me right away, checked me in and then took me to the donation room. The recliner chairs face a beautiful lake making the donation experience very relaxing. When I told Anderson I was not the fondest of needles and told me not to worry. I barely felt the pinch and was finished 10 minutes late. This is a great place to donate!
