STAFF IS FANTASTIC , THEY MAKE DONATING BLOOD EASY
Rachelle was my phlebotomist for this location on 1/3/25. I was a walk in and she promptly acknowledged me. I informed her that I had an app for the bus but they never showed up. Apparently I was the first appointment of the day for the bus and they get there right on time? Anyways, i digress lol Rachelle was friendly and comforting. on my second visit this last week of Sept. 024 the receptionist who took my info, incorrectly inserted the needle, since my blood wasn't flowing like she thought it should she twisted the needle sideway's thus puncturing the opposing side of the vein causing blood to enter the surrounding tissue . Will never go again. On two occasions the double red machine malfunctioned . Took no blood.But get dinged for four months and cannot donate.
