First time blood donor at this walk-in blood bank. I had a 110% excellent experience starting from the point blank walk-in with the facility, as it was very clean, organized, and comfort-cool temperature wise. Did I mention there was only one donor there besides me, lol? I immediately was welcomed by Pearl, who directed me step by step into the 'information-room' as I like to call it, helping me check in and fill out all my information, making sure I understood the questions and the following procedure.
