I have been having blood drawn at Ocala location at least 5 years. I was never treated so badly as I was yesterday Oct 6th 1:30pm by an A type personality with dark hair, behind the desk. every bit of info from script , verbally from my DR's office and her computer all said same info. Type A still would not let my have blood drawn. I prep 5 days for this treatment. she couldn't care less. She would not let me have my blood drawn. My friend took me. we never want to go back there. all other times people were very nice.
