This was my first time. But everyone was wonderful. I will go back
I used to like going to One Blood in Hickory, NC. The always used to make me feel so welcome and the staff was so friendly. I just went back for the first time in about a month to give platelets and they had all new staff and no one knew who I was. I am a regular platelet donor. I give every 2 weeks but when I went back they couldn’t find anything, didn’t know how to set up the iPad to watch Netflix. There was a lot of people just standing around not doing anything.
