8 weeks later and it's still not a place I enjoy coming to. I used to enjoy coming to this location. There's an entirely new staff now. The vibe is completely different. I don't enjoy it like before. Granted, things change. I will probably keep coming, although I am considering other locations. I come here to donate. That's the important thing. But the fact that it was much more enjoyable at one time and you have been called out about it and still no noticable change. I was hoping for better.

I used to like going to One Blood in Hickory, NC. The always used to make me feel so welcome and the staff was so friendly. I just went back for the first time in about a month to give platelets and they had all new staff and no one knew who I was. I am a regular platelet donor. I give every 2 weeks but when I went back they couldn’t find anything, didn’t know how to set up the iPad to watch Netflix. There was a lot of people just standing around not doing anything.
