This was my first experience as a donor and it wasn’t a positive one. The bus was supposed to be in Thomasville NC today from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. I arrived at 11:10 and the bus was nowhere to be found. As I left I seen the bus at an intersection about 11:55. I went on home for about 15 minutes and then went back to the location and they were there. The bus was full and 2 people were in front of me. I was told I needed to wait in my car. Just donated yesterday. Service was fast and the staff was friendly and great at their job.
I had a really good experience when I gave blood yesterday. From the moment I walked in the door, Adrienne treated me in a very professional but very friendly manner. She was efficient and very personable. I hope she is there the next time I go back to donate.
Sonia was so kind to me. It was my first time donating Platelets and their kindness made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recomend and will be returning! All the staff are well trained and amazing at all they do.
