It has been a while since I have donated, I have been out of town due to business. I have not only donated blood, but have been a platelet donor on multiple occasions. I have had time and wanted to go in and do my part. I entered the branch excited to see some of the staff and catch up and setup some platelet appointments again. I was greatly upset. Staff was nice but didn't seem very experienced. I give blood regularly with no issues ever. Today, I got turned away because the staff here couldn't hit my veins. It was kind of shocking. I think I'm going to go back to just doing the bloodbus.
