Came here on my lunch break to try and donate blood was here early at 11:50 for a 12pm appointment. Had 3 separate people tell me they would be right with me after waiting 30 minutes and half my lunch break gone someone finally talked to me, explaining it was going to be atleast 45 minutes. I guess appointments don't matter. If you're understaffed atleast call and explain that and reschedule. Big waste of time
I visited the oneblood bank in Stuart, Fl for the first time time today. Jennifer and Patricia were the staff today. Both of them were kind,friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of there profession. They keep me relaxed and confident in their skills. The lab was spotless and had top line equipment. I highly recommend this facility in Stuart Fl. I thank both of them.

Don’t go if you want to actually donate blood. Walked in at 12:31 and they said they close at 1pm and couldn’t do donation as it takes 30min. Wouldn’t waste your time at this place.
Made an appointments, went to one location and Gorge said I could not donate there even though I had an appointment. Went to a second location and waited about one hour and Ruben told me that they only had two workers and would be another two hours wait. Will never return to Oneblood.
