Great staff. I had made an appointment online which showed as a platelets visit once I confirmed the appointment. The next day which was my appointment the provider called to ask if I could come in earlier. I was glad he called because during our conversation I let him know that I was only giving whole blood. After eating a good dose of iron I made it to my appointment early. It was my first time giving blood and they were awesome. I even got some swag a T-shirt and a $20 gift card. I plan to revisit them in 3 months.
The best place to donate. The staff is super professional and very polite. Monika is very knowledgeable and always keeps an eye on the process.
this is my second time at this location though ive donated on the bus multiple times. today felt unwelcoming and a bit confusing. lmao stick to the red buses if you can
