Chloe was really nice and went the extra mile. The staff are very polite and friendly. That's why my rating. Though they should make their sign more visible so that it can be seen by Uber/Lyft drivers.
AVOID. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a one blood. The staff is completely clueless on how to stick people. They couldn’t find a vein on me and my veins are literally poking out of my arms. Staff was using foul language in front of customers. Left here bruised, no blood was even drawn and said I have to wait another 8 weeks? I’ve been donating blood for years, never had this problem. Please train your staff how to do their job. It’s really not hard.
I’ve donated at this branch more times than I can count, and I always have a good time. The staff are friendly and, perhaps more importantly, great phlebotomists. I look forward to donating with them every 8 weeks. Sometimes the bus has better incentives, and I’m not knocking the bus, but I prefer to go to the office where they know me.
Deceptive and manipulative. Donated, and to avoid paying me. This so called "company" said my email was mispelled. Which was total bullshit. I told them I was unable to recieve a call because my phone was off. The chat assistance system didn't help at all. I'll never donate here again. They didn't keep their word. Locked me out of my account for no reason, then claimed I need to physically show up to verify.
After three horrible experiences at your Lake Mary center I decided to see if Altamonte Springs would be any better. I have to say Ignacio, the technician who helped me provided service that was night and day compared to Lake Mary. Ignacio was friendly, helpful and a true professional. This is the kind of people you want want working and running your donation centers.
