Nice to know this place is close to my house. First time ever donating and the staff here mad It extremely simple and rewarding. Elizabeth was sweet, patient and walked me through the entire process. Even when I saw the 16g needle, she was so smooth I didn’t feel anything. I also got to meet Soli who was helpful and loving. Thank you to the amazing beautiful women of this office!

Sadly I will not be going back to the donation only to the red bus. Staff was so so and I was left alone that kind scared me, not sure if that's protocol since I always go to the bus .
Located conveniently, this place has a very friendly and efficient staff. The facility is clean, organized, and offers necessary amenities, making it a great place to donate blood and platelets.
First I'm very glad that I stopped in today to the Kissimmee location I felt it was very clean comfortable and luckily there was no wait Kiki made me feel very comfortable she was very proficient with the needle I love the way that she explained things to me since this will be a monthly endeavor I'm very happy to have found the place that I can go and get this done and feel completely at ease thank you Kiki
