First I'm very glad that I stopped in today to the Kissimmee location I felt it was very clean comfortable and luckily there was no wait Kiki made me feel very comfortable she was very proficient with the needle I love the way that she explained things to me since this will be a monthly endeavor I'm very happy to have found the place that I can go and get this done and feel completely at ease thank you Kiki
It was my first time and Solimar attended to me with great care, very attentive, made me feel confident, and was very careful when working on my arm. Her colleague also showed great attention, keeping a close eye on the process. A very good place to donate, excellent staff, and very clean.

I have been donating for over 25 years. When I visit their website or I get emails stating that I saved a life it brings more meaning to my life.
Unfortunately this was my first time treated like i wasn’t even there, no one was in front of me, one person was donating blood at the time that I’ve arrived, one of the nurses simply choose to avoid me pretending i wasn’t there and the other one attended a lady that arrived after me and i kept waiting ……… until i lost my patience and left. HORRIBLE experience, whoever is in charge should reconsider allowing “professionals” like this compromise the place integrity and professionalism. I only wish i had both of their names!
