I have been donating for many years and enjoyed the process and working with Kristen from Michigan branch in Orlando, but then she moved. I found her in Kissimmee. She is wonderful, makes the entire process a breeze, she is humorous and caring while still maintaining professionalism. Stop by and see here on John Young, have a great experience while providing life saving materials to those who are in need.
Every time I donate it is a pleasant experience, the staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile
Kristen and Paola were super patient and gentle with me as my veins are on the smaller side which sometimes gives me a little trouble with donating! They handled everything with grace and kindness compared to a couple of past instances where I’ve been met with frustration and annoyance at other locations, we need more donation collectors like them!
