I would like to say a huge thank you to the nurse by name Milda, who knows her job 100%.
I recently had to make a therapeutic donation and the staff went above and beyond to get me taken care of. They contacted my doctors office to fix a paperwork error, and got me in same day. They answered my questions and explained the process, making sure I understood what they were saying. Just wanted to say thank you again.
I wasn't able to redeem the advertised gift card. Instead, they provided a paper with a code that proved impossible to unlock, and there was no customer service available to address the issue.
I gave blood today in my community, Lorraine Lakes. Thank you for bringing the red bus to us. Thomas was my phlebotomist, he was exceptional. He was very professional and friendly, he made sure me and those around me were comfortable and informed. Unfortunately many people showed up all at one time, so Thomas and the other person got slammed and had to ask people to come back. Hopefully they did.
