Great staff, prompt and professional. Ive never had issues with accessing IV and the chairs are comfy. One down side... they removed the TV for viewing purposes so the facility is awkwardly quiet. Bring back the TV please! Update 7/2026: they play music
Best place in Concord to donate whole blood and platelets! The staff are great, and OneBlood often runs promotions for donating.

After being pestered for weeks to donate platelets, I set an appointment to donate before work. Since the office apparently doesn’t even open until the first appointment time, I was forced to wait outside in 35° weather until someone could let me in. I will not be donating with OneBlood any more.
The nurses are always so pleasant. The building is clean, the chairs are comfortable both to fill out the screening and to donate blood. I do whole blood but you can donate plasma and double reds with an appointment. Easy to get an appointment with the online app. Snack area after donation also. Feels good to know you're helping other people.
