Smelled like cigarettes inside and felt dirty. I didn’t feel the employees were qualified. They need training
I have been donating blood at this location for a few years. They are always rotating people but everyone is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The place is very clean and chilly.

the last time i gave blood was at the big red bus at Walmart on Gandy. The did an excellent job. But one week after I called because they only had a M and I needed a L. I was going to go and exchange, but she was so nice and mailed the L. Very good customer service.
