I came in this week and had Ellie as my phlebotomist, she was the best person I’ve ever had stick me. She was very gentle and kind, she helped me calm down as I was nervous about it being my first time donating and having had bad experiences in the past with phlebotomists at the hospital (where I ended up with severe nerve damage). Overall my experience was stellar, and I can’t wait to come back in a couple months and donate again. When I come back I’ll be requesting Ellie, and I suggest you do the same!
