Customer Service at this organization is horrible! It's 12/4 and my rewards froma donation on 11/29 are not showing up on my portal. When I try to "chat" it says representatives are not available. Their system doesn't let you get in a queue for that. It will pop up when someone is available, but if you're not quick enough your chance disappears. I did manage to get to someone on three different days. They each said they would have to contact IT, but that hasn't helped yet, so I though I'd try calling. I wait on hold 18 minut... read more

This has GOT to be one of the worst organizational nightmares I have ever encountered. I attempted to give blood two weeks ago yet was 'denied' by OneBlood. I called up to find out why and was given a return call today. The reason? OneBlood states I had written in my assessment that I had travelled to the United Kingdom back in 2005 and therefore had been ineligible to give blood until just a couple days ago. The whole cause of OneBlood is great for the people in need of blood, but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. I've been a donor for several years, and I've seen a steady decline in the customer service. Just in the last few months, I've been turned away (in the timeframe allotted) as I was walking up to the bus because the staff decided to shut down early, I've left a voicemail that wasn't replied to, I've sent an email that wasn't replied to, and yet to have an actual person answer the phone when I call. I'm a long time donor. I prefer to go the Brandon Donor Room. They have the best staff ever. Yolanda Robles, is the best phlebotomist ever. Yolanda have been sticking me for over 10 years and have treated me with care. Yolanda's co-workers are also great. Brandon Donor Room is the best.
Went to donate with my son on the Big Red Bus. They were great. The staff was very nice and the guy that did my donation was wonderful. I usually have such small veins that they bruise me but he got it the first time and I didn't have any problems. My son had a great guy too. Thank you
I had made an appointment for donating blood for 7/3/2020 at 10:45 am through their website that was confirmed by e-mail. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the bus would be at the location and my appointment was confirmed once again. I then drove 45 minutes to the bus. Upon arrival I was told I was not on the schedule by an exceptionally rude individual.
