Friendly staff
Today was my first time ever donating blood’. The staff was very friendly, and made this decision a permanent customer. Very knowledgeable and helpful, no pain, gave me a free umbrella and 20$ gift card. The thing that stood out the most was HOW CLEAN this place was! I thought it was a brand new place, but apparently it’s been there awhile. Bathroom, floors, everything was so clean, whoever cleans that place deserves a raise! I always donated blood there, but my experience sunday was not great.. I had an appointment, I signed up, waited for 30 minutes, no one didn't even welcomed me,they ignored me and they wasn't short staffed at that time, there was 2 or 3 employees at that time and, one of them was finishing up with a patient.. unfortunately I did NOT donated because of lack of customer service.. I dont have all day long until they decide to take care a patient.. Sorry im going to choose another company to donate my needed blood.
Have been coming here for a few years to donate whole blood . Angela is amazing makes you feel at ease and very attentive. She is one in a million. Youlin and Maria are also very good and expertly do what they need to do. The place is super clean which also helps to put you at ease. If you can donate blood , please do as you will be helping someone in need . If you do , go to this place . First rate professionals. Highly recommended !
