Hands down by far, Angela was very courteous and knowledgeable on her job. Very hospitable. Thank you for taking the time out to demonstrate such skills of withdrawing my blood. Ive asked a few questions and she went into details, thats the true spirit of a person who values their job. She wanted to be there.
