Always a pleasure to go to this location to donate platelets. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Kaley is great! Love talking with her and she always makes sure I'm comfortable.
I have been donating Platelets once a week for over a month now. The facility is very clean, very comfortable and very efficient. Kali is exceptional. She greets me every Friday morning and knows me by name. She makes the entire process go by so smooth and I do look forward to seeing her and knowing that I am in good hands. I started donating Platelets to help make a difference and Kali is one reason why I keep coming back.
I go in once a week to give Platelets and today Saturday I was asked for my Driver's License It wasn't what she said but how she said it. Then another woman backed her up. I live 45 minutes away by Bus This is the 3rd time I have been treated like this
This ONE STAR is for the entire organization. I had an appointment for a blood drive, on Saturday the 18th of July. I had a confirmation number, via screenshot and a confirmation email. I got to my appointment, and was told that even though I produced proof of having an appointment, I am lying because they leave at 5pm. If they leave at 5, how could I make an appointment for 5.?
