I had an amazing experience at OneBlood! The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They were so professional and had such a gentle hand when drawing blood—I barely felt a thing! Everything was clean, efficient, and well-organized, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their dedication to making blood donation such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend donating here!
My doctor faxed over a script to donate blood due to high hemoglobin count. I went in to get my blood drawn. They found the script, but their printer was not working and so they would not let me donate blood. They told me if they didn't know I had a prescription they would let me donate, but because they know I have one and they can't print it they will not let me donate. That is the height of stupidity.
I had an appointment for 12 noon, which means I am the 1st appointment of the day. They put 2 people ahead of me, one of whom did not have an appointment. It's 12:30 now, the 1st lady is done and has already left. They still haven't gotten to me. The way they have these 2 kids running this place is very unprofessional.
Two different employees were just rude. Not friendly at all, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. I had an appointment, but after this experience, I will drive to another location.
