Very nice staff.
This Oneblood branch is my go to place. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The manager makes an extra effort to make your experience fast, efficient and comfortable. They always ask if you need a drink. Even when it is crowded, they are all working hard to get you in and out fast. Thank you Clearwater Oneblood. Unfortunately the last manager, Tara has transfer and the level of service has gone down, wait time for me has doubled. Seems like they have a high turnover of staff which is unfortunate. Always a pleasure to go to this location to donate platelets. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Kaley is great! Love talking with her and she always makes sure I'm comfortable.
