Two different employees were just rude. Not friendly at all, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do their job. I had an appointment, but after this experience, I will drive to another location.
This is a bait and switch operation. They also take gifts back that have been given to donors. I won’t be donating in the future
Why are you guys even coming to work If you hate your job so much
Curstomer service is a big issue at this center. No one said hello when I entered and they went right to the business by making you complete the form without even smiling. Donation process is very transactional and information is provided just when you ask for it. In cnclusion, the red buses are a better option for donations.
