This intact insurance company is a whole mess got a insurance adjuster named Audrey smock, she kept me in the loop about what was going on but, now as of Sept 20 my truck is finished and ready for pickup but I have been unable to get in contact with her or anybody on her team to pay for the invoice so, I can get my truck they are ghosting me and they are very unprofessional it is Thursday and I still can't get in contact with her or anyone worst insurance company ever!
OneBeacon Insurance Group refused to pay for a theft claim our business filed under our Inland Marine policy with them. They also took a long time to pay out on damage claims. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any insurance company.
