It's going to sound like I am upset my short term disability claim was denied, while I am, it is more because their process is faulted. Please know non clinical people are making the decision based on a nurse who may or may not have a background in the area of health you are struggling with. I am my Mom's pod. She passed in 2023. They sent me a w-2 for the $ that I never received. I got the paperwork to claim the $ and I've been waiting a month. Now they are saying the processors are almost done. I feel like they had no intention of paying. You have to call everyday.
