I am my Mom's pod. She passed in 2023. They sent me a w-2 for the $ that I never received. I got the paperwork to claim the $ and I've been waiting a month. Now they are saying the processors are almost done. I feel like they had no intention of paying. You have to call everyday.

Awful customer service. We requested residential loan to pay for the downpayment and closing costs on the home we're buying. Paperwork for this loan was supposedly mailed out on 10/25. We were supposed to receive it in 7-10 business days. Ten business days went passed and still it was not received. Called multiple times over the last 2 weeks, but no one cared or tried to help.
