Place is a joke
I wish I could leave zero stars. This company is horrible regarding short term disability. First, they've told me three times that they had everything I needed. Then they said they didn't. They started asking me for one thing at a time. Why my employer chose this company, I don't know but it was a big mistake!!! My employer responded to them repeatedly, and they continue to request more. I pay nearly one-hundred dollars a month for short-term disability. My case has been in limbo for over two months. Company is a joke Doesn't care to do what they're supposed to do to get the paperwork And then they want you to get the paperwork that they were supposed to get at the end of the process and tell you it's gonna take longer.
