Fred is a great guy and a great mechanic. Have gotten to know Fred over the past year due to a number of issues and he is the only mechanic I go to and trust. Does great work and cares about each and everything he does. He was a great fit to buy shop. If your tired of the dealerships as I was go see Fred he will take care of you. Keep up the good work and tell #4 to get to work. 😂😂 P. S. Freddy #4 is a great mechanic and also a very knowledgeable mechanic. Keep up the good work 4.
Had battery issues on the first day of a three day snowshoeing vacation. O'Reilly's Auto Parts recommended Fred's after a new battery didn’t come solve our issue, and they weren’t wrong. We limped in at about 5:00 on a Saturday, and the whole family pitched in to get us back on the road by the next morning (got a ride from his wife to our Airbnb, his daughter picked up the part in nearby Ontario, and he worked late that night to replace the part). Even with after hours prices, the price was fair. Fred saved our vacation!
Came in when they were super busy right at closing time. Had a really weird temperature issue that nobody could figure. They heard the engine start up immediately knew the problem gave me a couple ideas to fix it and got me back across the range. Tried to kick him a few bucks for their time and they wouldn’t take it. Just good folks being helpful. Also, darn good diagnostic!
My son was having issue with his trucks radiator, I called Fred's, I believe I spoke to Fred. I know he was busy with a full schedule, he was gracious to at least look at my son's truck to see what was going on and see if its safe to continue traveling. The fact that Fred took a minute to look at the truck was awesome service. Thank you Fred.
Best service you’re gonna get. Went above and beyond to help us get back on the road after breaking down. Trustworthy and hospitable!
