I have been dealing with Tayloes for almost 4 years and nothing could make me change. Great pharmacy and very helpful workers. Keep up the good work.
Personally would not recommend this pharmacy. It seems that some employees should refresh their knowledge of insurance, whether an ER is open or not (yes have actually been told the ER was closed and they could not call to verify a prescription), receiving the wrong medications, and the list could go on. Some employees are very friendly and try their best to be helpful. But they can only do so much to cover for the ones that are very rude and lack proper knowledge of their job responsibilities.
So most of the time drive thru is nightmare and new girl at drive thru has an attitude. However if it was not cold and my child was not sleeping & sick I would have gone in where service is much quicker and much friendlier!
The employees are always polite and friendly. And a big thank you to Chelsea (sp?) who went out of her way, both figuratively and literally, to take care of me. She is awesome! Kudos to her and kudos to the whole staff.
I love going there. Great employees and always willing to help.
Been a patron since a kid and would recommend to anybody, customer care oriented leadership a rare thing today. :)
