Lori Komer has to be the rudest, non-listening, individual you could have answering a phone. I needed pricing on material that was delivered to me, but Eddie Hall forgot to send a sales acknowledgment because this was an addon from a previous order. He forgot, no biggie we are all human. I explained that to her, and told her Eddie Hall wasn't there today. She said I needed to look in my spam folder, that he sent it I just wasn't looking. Delivery they only work by appointment you coming in early they don’t take it
6 months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Joshua A. was an awesome sales person! He would respond to RFQs within an hour. If we had an item that was not stock he was helpful in finding us a stock replacement. We were COD and had no issues. Now Joshua is no longer there we are starting to second guess why we are with this supplier. Our new sales associate takes 1-5days to get quotes. That’s with email reminders. We have to go online to pay for orders and sometimes the website doesn’t work which causes delivery delays but ... read more
