The company has made it abundantly clear, that they no longer test their employees for marijuana. This unsafe practice coupled with a plant manager who refuses to hold any of his employees accountable has made this location a huge risk for injuries or death. Upper management based out of the corporate office rarely visit and when they do, they announce it prior to coming.
