Mr. Charles was so kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me when I didn’t understand them. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. He helped us with toilet leaks and back flow check. Great service and great prices and great man! Highly recommend!
I really wanted to experience all the good things I had heard abt the company for my backflow testing service. I give the stars I did because he was extremely nice when I reached out but I definitely got the run-around with him actually coming to do the service. I called Feb 27th and he kept saying he'd be here. Never came. Now I have to find another company on March 14th. Hopefully CoC doesn't try to turn off water or overcharge bc it's late. He said he'd call to let them know he was doing service. Not sure if that was done... read more
I used them for my annual testing recommended by the city, not once have I been disappointed . Mr. Neil is easy to talk to, with a nice personality. He is very professional.
This will be my second year using Mr. Charles, to do testing on my Backflow device that is required every year by the city. He is very professional and polite. Highly recommend
