Dr. O’Neal and his amazing staff really deserve 10 stars but google will only let me give them 5. I had a dental emergency and was quite nervous and in pain. Dr. O’Neal has a kind, empathic bedside manner and instantly made me feel more comfortable. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the surgical suite was professional and friendly. I visited De ONeal Kyle fir tooth extraction I was uncomfortable he pulled with all his strength that I was so scared and it’s weird also he break it also and pulled I asked him if it was not decayed he replied he doesn’t know but there was crack in it that’s why he pulled it.. He took X-rays before extraction and didn’t c it is decayed or not.I tried hard to take Dr.Trotter apptt but in vain. That is my hard luck
Just beyond amazing O’Neal is an amazing surgeon and the staff is beyond amazing.I would definitely go back if I had to get anything else done.And I highly recommend them they are all amazing.
Dr. Kyle O’Neal is truly doing his God given talent. And his staff are beyond amazing. Seriously, Dr. O’Neal came in tapped me on the shoulder said “everything was going to be alright!” And the nurse gave me some oxygen and that was it. I even woke up laughing. Lol! Now 8hrs later I have some slight discomfort but nothing that a 800mg Motrin won’t take care of. Thank y’all so much for your patience, warming presents and hospitable nature.
