Worse place to ever get your car fixed! Jacked me out of a $173 and car still broke! I called him today and he told me the problem had nothing to do with what his mechanic told me. Wanted to charge me an extra $89 for a diagnostic! Not gonna happen!

Keondra, sorry you did not understand what I said. I told you to bring your car in and if the belts we replace was making the engine die then we would warranty it. I also said that belts normally wont make a car die and if it was not the belts the diagnostic charge was $89, never did I say you would pay $89 before we took a look at it.Then you just assumed that I was trying to get to you and hung the phone up. The original problem we were fixing was that the belt made noise in the rain, nothing about engine killing.
I've used O'neal Car Care many times for multiple vehicles. Excellent service; highly recommended.
