Don’t be fooled, is it Portico Homes or O’Neal builders, one in the same just as their company vehicles say. I guess it just depends how much you want to pay or how fast you want to build. You may want to find another builder if your considering them as Jim seems to prefer working for dishonest politicians and developers like IL State Senator Jason Barickman and Fairlawn Capital Investment company.
