I tried everything from chiropractors to acupuncture and Rhett is the only one who could ever help with my back. Since then I’ve seen him for just about every injury you can think of and he’s never let me down. One80 Physical Therapy has a friendly staff that always finds a way to work with my busy schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I have been here for 2 different injuries for myself and one for my daughter. I have been through the “regular” physical therapists and yeah, it does what it does to help, but One80 has a different approach that really focuses on the mechanics of the body. The team is great, and so is the founder. 100% recommend, even if you’re not injured, but have things you would like to work on or strengthen.
I had a knee injury, I had been to many doctors and tried different solutions that hadn’t worked. I came in here once a week for a couple of months and it is fixed. I’d highly recommend coming here.
