Walked in on crutches and left on my own two feet post ankle surgery. I appreciate the one80 technique and team.
Tried about every other possible form of treatment and therapy and was getting little no answers as the same problems would keep arising. Since working with One80 that has completely changed and I made it through an entire football season at the division one level with no problems. They also have been super helpful and flexible with working with me as I am not in Colorado very often
Do not use this practice because there are many reputable PT practices in the area. My experience was terrible! At the time (Oct 2024 - Nov 2024) the gal at the front desk was unable to schedule a follow up appointed. I do not think it was her fault but the owner's fault because he does not train or communicate with his employees. I heard about Rhett about eight years ago (2018) and I was skeptical because his method is different than just "regular" physical therapy. We decided to give it a try for my daughter, at the time a competitive dancer, and she saw great results from knee and ankle pain. I originally say Rhett. Couple of years ago when I had a knee replacement, Rhett rehabbed me to the point of my new knee feels and works better than the other one. I am seeing Rhett now in a program to get more flexibility and strength. It is a rewarding experience, I now have more flexibility and I am more pain. One 80 is a unique rewarding experience.
