One80 PT has been awesome currently and in the past. Rhett and Hailey are a gift by God. You will not be stuck in the old PT gerbil wheel of PT and exercises, instead your injured muscles will be revived and your life will be active again. 😊
I've been using One80 for 15 years, and they are simply the best! I used to sprain my ankle twice a year for nearly 20 years, but ever since I started treatment with Rhett and Hailey, I haven't sprained it once.
