Terrible experience! I was told that my check would NOT be cashed as my appliance was under full warranty and service contract, but I needed a day or two to access the proof of purchase from my landlady. Instead my check was immediately cashed, I have still not recieved my money back and the company is trying to hold back $85 for the service call which is fully covered under my Fridgedaire warranty! Looks like I have to take this company to court!
Great Service and pricing. I called them for refrigerator repair and they arrived on time and had the fridge fixed the same day. I have already recommended them to my sister and she was also very happy with the service. Thank you.
