I would not recommend living here. The rent is already expensive, but the value simply isn’t there. To make matters worse, they are charging me almost $2,400 for just 25 days of rent because I didn’t provide a full 60-day notice. My normal monthly rent is around $1,400, and despite explaining my situation, management refused to work with me in any way. That experience alone left a very negative impression. ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for constant frustration and hidden costs. And this is coming from an active city council member and how I was treated. The management seems far more interested in squeezing every dollar possible out of residents than actually taking care of the people who live here. Rent keeps going up but the quality of living definitely does not match the price. The apartment is directly next to train tracks and the trains come through constantly, including late at night. The entire building literally shakes when they pass and the noise is loud enough to wake you up out of sleep. On top of that, the AC barely works during hotter months, so you end up paying luxury prices to be uncomfortable all the time. Would not renew here
