Alisha was wonderful!! I had the best time on our tour. She answered all of my questions and I went in unsure and left 100% that this is an amazing property I would love to live in. Highly recommend!
I would not recommend living here. The rent is already expensive, but the value simply isn’t there. To make matters worse, they are charging me almost $2,400 for just 25 days of rent because I didn’t provide a full 60-day notice. My normal monthly rent is around $1,400, and despite explaining my situation, management refused to work with me in any way. That experience alone left a very negative impression. ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for constant frustration and hidden costs. And this is coming from an active city council member and how I was treated. The management seems far more interested in squeezing every dollar possible out of residents than actually taking care of the people who live here. Long-term residents are treated like an inconvenience while all the attention goes toward attracting new tenants.
