I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after this morning, I feel like I have to share my experience. When I went to leave for work, I realized my car was gone from the parking garage. I have a parking pass and always park on the 5th floor where there’s plenty of open space, so I was super confused. I called the leasing office and was told my car was one of “many” that got towed last night. When I asked why no one reached out to let me know, the response I got was, “Well, we’re informing you now.” That alone just felt super ... read more
Terrible apartment complex and even worse management team. Please do yourself the favor of finding another complex to rent from.
Melanie was very accommodating for my schedule in coordinating the tour time. She was very personable and well-informed with development in the neighborhood! Great experience touring with her.

The best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The leasing office staff is attentive, kind, and super helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fixes things so fast. It’s also an ideal location with so much to easily walk to, and a light rail stop fairly close by. I’ll miss this complex and highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Plaza Midwood.
