I’ve had a great experience living at One225 York Mills. The management team— especially Jessica, Tim and Carrie —has been supportive, responsive, and helpful whenever issues have come up. They communicate clearly and take care of things in a timely manner, which really makes a difference. The building is well-maintained, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to live!
Terrible Experience with Management I was seriously considering renting at this building, but after speaking with the management, I’ve completely changed my mind. They were extremely rude and unprofessional during our conversation. It’s disappointing to be treated this way when you’re a potential tenant. I strongly advise others to stay away—if this is how they treat people before you even move in, I can’t imagine how bad it would be after signing a lease. Look elsewhere!
Despite being in great location, this property don't come under Ontario rent control. Be wise before you rent out here.
