Worst experience. I recommend not to consider this place. The management is worst and rude. On moving out after paying all our rent. They charged us with fraud extra charges of blinds and paints and cleaning stuff for about $3000. We even have evidence with photos and videos of all blinds in place as it is. Still they charges us for installing new blinds. Also after doing number of mails to them to let them know regarding wrong charges they didnt respond. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place. The management team was unprofessional and very rude throughout our move-out process. What’s even more concerning is that I moved out in 2023 with a zero balance, yet in November 2025—nearly two years later—I suddenly received invoices for alleged damages that never occurred during my lease. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet.
