Advertises low prices on the website that you never get because there is always event pricing that costs $35 even when there is no event. The event pricing is conveniently never on the website, only in the sign once you're there and already committed. A deceptive marketing practice.
Misleading prices. Stayed flat rate of $15, and was surprised with a $30 payment upon leaving after only being there for an hour and 20 minutes.
I used this underground parking garage for a Raptors game. The location is convenient and the garage itself is clean and easy to navigate. However, the price was definitely on the high side. When I was leaving, I also noticed someone who seemed to be tampering with the ticket machine near the exit. It didn’t cause any issues for me, but it made the exit area feel a bit less secure than I would expect for what I paid. Other than that, it’s a solid place to park if you need something close to the arena.
