Very disappointing and misleading parking experience. The entrance clearly advertised $15, but I was charged $30, with the explanation that it was an “event charge.” However, there was no clear notice at the entrance informing customers that the event rate was in effect. Downtown always has events happening, so if an event surcharge applies, it should be clearly and prominently displayed before customers enter and park. This place is shady. They mislead the customers for the parking price and charge you double the listed price. Their excuse will be that it's a special price which is in the fine print.
Scam parking, plain and simple. The board outside clearly says $15 yet I was charged $30 for what exactly? There wasn’t even an event that day. If you’re going to randomly double the price, at least have the decency to put a big, obvious sign outside saying there’s an event and the rate is $30. Hiding the real price and charging people more is dishonest and completely unacceptable.
Big time scam for parking… on a Tuesday evening with no event they charged $30 and the sign says flat $15!!! Horrible way to make money.. do not park here.
SCAM!! Their signs showed $15 flat rate, we even asked the security who said it’s just $15 but when we exited, they charged $30 which is an event rate.
