I had a really good experience with the entire team. Everyone at the dental office are there to provide you with the best care. They did a full dental checkup, cleaning, and filling at different places and I could not be happier. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done on them
I switched to this dental office a decade ago when I was working on Bay St. After I moved further from the downtown core, I tried other dentists, but quickly reverted back to this practice for some key reasons: 1.) Dr Tsimmerman and his team are simply amazing. 2.) Rimma is very responsive when communicating, the office is very, very clean and organized, 3.) Dr Tsimmerman, Rimma and team are amazing. I've changed dentists several times in my life but have stayed with this team for 10+ years. Communications with them are super fast, they bill directly to insurance and the place is spotless. Overall the team provides a fantastic, consistent experience! I highly recommend them...don't waste your time with the other dental practices in the area...
Oral health check-ups had been the most fearful thing for me for many years. I often avoided visiting unless the worst condition presented itself due to past experiences. Everyone was extremely kind from the moment I walked in! My dental hygienist was very personable and kind. Dr.Tsimerman has a great vibe and took the time to explain every single thing / step during my check up. I really appreciated his sense of humour and patience. Overall a great experience.
