Property manager only accepts the rent. All repair is done through homeowner. Back in June (7.5 months ago) I told the owner the garage needs fixed. We went back and forth about cost and what needs done (we can do work ourselves). So I finally take care of it and property manager sent me an email saying I did not have permission and this is not a health and safety issue, and to send the rest of the rent ASAP.
